Senior Consultant, Deloitte Risk Advisory
Advised large international organizations across pharma, finance, tech, and retail as they navigated an increasingly complex and fast-moving sustainability landscape. Work spanned corporate sustainability strategy, circularity, and regulatory preparedness, with a particular focus on building data frameworks to map and reconcile competing reporting KPIs across overlapping regulatory and voluntary standards. Helped clients move from fragmented, compliance-driven reporting toward integrated frameworks that could support both regulatory readiness and long-term strategic decision-making.
Scope 3 Innovation Forum Speaker
Spoke at the Scope 3 Innovation Forum in both 2023 and 2024, exploring the tension between Scope 3 emissions reduction and circularity goals when the two don't always align. Using Flying Tiger Copenhagen as a case study, the talks examined how companies can navigate these trade-offs in practice, making pragmatic decisions when reducing emissions and advancing circular business models pull in different directions.
LOOP Forum Speaker
Joined a panel discussion at the Loop Forum hosted by Deloitte focused on embedding circularity into core business strategy. Using Flying Tiger Copenhagen as a case study, the conversation covered what it actually takes to move circularity from concept to execution, operationalizing strategy across a retail organization rather than treating it as a standalone initiative.
Circularity in Fashion with TreeLynk
Treelynk invited me to a webinar to speak on embedding circular principles across different retail business models in the fashion industry. The discussion covered how technology and AI can act as enablers of circularity, and how regulation can serve as a framework for driving real impact, rather than a constraint to work around.
CSRD preparedness with Normative
Spoke on a webinar hosted by Normative walking through the process of conducting a double materiality assessment in preparation for CSRD regulatory obligations. The session covered how to assess materiality from both an impact and financial perspective, engage stakeholders effectively, and translate assessment results into a defensible, audit-ready foundation for CSRD reporting.
